We recently celebrated my mum’s 80th birthday at Sumo’s Restaurant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. We booked the restaurant exclusively for dinner, and from start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make the evening truly special. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from the warm and attentive service to the beautifully set tables and celebratory touches that made Mum feel incredibly honoured. The staff were not only professional, but genuinely kind and caring, treating our family like their own. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was bursting with flavour, and the portions were incredibly generous. Our guests were raving about the quality and variety, and no one left hungry! Thank you to the team at Sumo’s for creating such a memorable and joyful night for our family. Mum was absolutely thrilled, and it’s a celebration we will treasure forever. Highly recommend Sumo’s for any special occasion — they truly know how to make it unforgettable.

I have had their lunch meal and three of us came to try their dinner last night. We were welcomed by a very polite young male staff member. It didn't have to wait long for our meals. At this stage other customers are starting to come in. Many young couples as well as families. We enjoyed our meals ( reasonable price and reasonable portions) also the excellent service of the young male staff. Will be back again.

I and my family always enjoy japanese food and we tried their lunch menu for the first time. My son flavoured the takoyaki and ramen, I am pleased with my spicy ramen and hubby enjoyed his. It was not busy, and service was wonderful. Recommended to return.
